This message is the official notification and invitation to AFTCRA Inc’s Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday 28th June 2008.  The Proxy Form is for those members that cannot make it to the AGM and wish to vote.  The Proxy Form involves nominating someone that you know will be present at the meeting to vote on your behalf.  Forms must be received by snail mail or fax by no later than 27th June, for your vote to count.

 

Please take a moment to check your membership card and confirm that your membership is still current and not overdue for renewal.  Legally, only current, financial members can vote at the AGM.  I apologise to those members that have not received membership renewal reminders, this process is currently performed manually and has proven very difficult to undertake, in recent times, due to many other commitments particularly the Mary River Dam campaign.  We will have a functional membership database in the near future for automated renewal advice.   

 

The meeting will be held at 53 Jubilee Road, Carter’s Ridge QLD 4563.

2)  Receipt of the Treasurer’s / Auditor’s Report

 

3)  Election of Members of the 2008-2009 Management Committee

 

4)  Appointment of an Auditor for the 2008 Financial Year
